I was given an older machine by my father. After a good cleaning and adjusting the timing she lives! The pan had more debris than oil in it. I decided to visit Maquinsal and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ronald. Professional, down to earth and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I was able to get what I needed in order to keep my machine working properly and for many years to come. I brought in my older serger, new home my lock 203. This was gifted to me by my aunt; she said it had been sitting in the garage for a few years. I brought it here b/c I read all the good reviews, and they did not disappoint!! It runs like a charm. Ronald was also very nice and helpful! He took the time to sit with me to talk about tension, b/c I always had a hard time understanding tension. I totally get it now 🙂 Thank you. I will definitely be coming back to bring in my older sewing machine that was also gifted to me.

Great service! I took my sewing machine in for a tune up and it was ready in a couple days. They cleaned it up and now it runs better than ever! The owners were very helpful and even loosened a pair of my scissors that were too tight. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and to sharpen my scissors.
